Shape, Size and Casing
Apple Watch Series 3 is similar to earlier versions of Apple Watch with a square display covering a glass screen, which mainly indicates time and display notifications. As mentioned above, Apple Watch Series 3 is available in two sizes (38.6 x 33.33 mm and 42.5 x 36.4 mm). Both GPS and (GPS + Cellular) models of Apple Watch Series 3 are available in Aluminum and Stainless Steel casing. Screen and Display

Processor

After completion of your run or walk, you can check your iPhone to see a map of your route and where you ran the fastest.
Water Proof Design
As with earlier modes, Apple Watch 3 is rated water resistant up to 50 meters depth. This means that you can safely wear your Apple Watch while showering and swimming.

Health Monitor and Workout App
Apple Watch Series 3 has a sensor on the back which measures your heart rate throughout the day. The data is sent to your iPhone, where you can take a look at your heart rate patterns over a period of time. There is a native workout App on Apple Watch Series 3 that allows you to choose from 12 indoor and outdoor workouts, including swimming, biking, running, and elliptical.
Next, there is a Breath App that helps you to practice mindfulness and with beautiful animation and guidance for deep breathing. In addition, Apple Watch Series 3 allows you to add third party apps that you may find useful and applicable to your health conditions. On its website Apple suggests Third Party Apps like “One Drop” to manage diabetes, “Pocket Yoga” to help you practice Yoga and “WaterMinder” app to set your daily hydration goals.
